Volkswagen Slovakia – Proven Results, Fresh Start

Between June 25–27, 2025, the Association of Recruitment Agencies of Moldova (ARA) welcomed its long-standing Slovak partners — the leadership of MAXIN’S Group — to Chișinău. The delegation, led by founder and CEO Erik Maxin, included senior managers Katarina Garajova, Branislav Jančuška, Juraj Szekera, and Terezia Maxin.

The purpose of the visit? To relaunch the mass recruitment of Moldovan workers for one of the largest automotive plants in Europe — Volkswagen Slovakia — and to expand collaboration with other major manufacturers, including FORVIA, ZKW, and Faurecia.

Volkswagen Slovakia – Proven Results, Fresh Start

Volkswagen’s plant near Bratislava produces 8 premium models under the Audi, VW, Porsche, and SEAT brands. Over 300 Moldovan workers are already successfully employed at the factory through ARA-member agencies such as Bursa Muncii, Andiva, Agenția Muncii, Strand, and others.

Starting August 2025, the monthly recruitment of at least 100 new Moldovan employees will resume, in partnership with MAXIN’S Group.

Who Is MAXIN’S Group – And Why It Matters

MAXIN’S Group is one of Slovakia’s top three recruitment companies, specializing in logistics, automotive, and heavy industry. Their clients include Volkswagen, DHL, KIA, BROSE, FORVIA, ZKW and more. With active operations in Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Germany, MAXIN’S is known for delivering qualified labor fast and legally.

By partnering with ARA, MAXIN’S secures a trusted, legal, and scalable workforce from Moldova.

FORVIA, ZKW, Faurecia – High Demand for 2025–2026

Slovakia hosts seven plants from FORVIA Group (the Faurecia + Hella merger), each needing hundreds of employees. Together with ZKW (lighting systems) and Faurecia (car interiors, electronics, seats), these companies are now part of a 2-year recruitment strategy powered by ARA.

Why Speed Matters – Just-in-Time Workforce Supply

Automotive factories in Slovakia operate under Just-in-Time (JIT) logistics. That means zero warehousing: suppliers like DHL deliver parts directly to the assembly line. Any labor shortage risks halting entire production lines.

Moldovan workers — pre-trained and deployable within 7–14 days — are critical to this supply chain.

Why Moldovan Workers Are the Preferred Choice

  • Skilled and experienced in European factories
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and reliable
  • Fast documentation (as little as 7 days)
  • EU access via Romanian passports
  • Cost-effective recruitment with high retention
  • Cultural compatibility and quick adaptation

Are You an Automotive or Logistics Employer?

Do you supply for Volkswagen, FORVIA, KIA, Volvo, Land Rover? Do you operate production in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, or Poland? Do you urgently need workforce to meet your delivery schedules?

ARA can deliver qualified Moldovan workers — quickly, legally, and at scale.
