The ARA Management Board performs a thorough evaluation and makes a decision on the acceptance of the proposal.

Formalizing Partnership

We formalize our partnership via the required legal procedures and documentation, including signing agreements, establishing communication channels, perfecting licenses, legalizing employer documents, and incorporating them into ARA's license.

Signing a Collaboration Agreement

We draft and sign a formal agreement outlining the terms of our partnership.

Accessing Our Internal Electronic System

We provide access to our electronic platform for tracking candidates through the recruitment process.

Submitting Specific Requests

You submit specific requests for the number of personnel needed, job roles, and recruitment timelines. ARA assigns each new partner a dedicated manager who will maintain constant contact and centrally manage the recruitment process across all 47+ recruitment offices.

Preliminary Selection

Based on your criteria, we conduct a preliminary selection of suitable candidates.

Final Selection via Videoconference

Your representative makes the final selection via videoconference, facilitated by a dedicated ARA manager.

How Does Collaboration with ARA Work?

ARA has a head office consisting of multiple departments that work collectively for all ARA recruitment offices.

The recruitment offices of ARA focus solely on recruitment as directed by the ARA head office.

The head office handles all organizational processes, coordination, transportation arrangements, document legalization, work permit acquisition, contract negotiations, accounting, and more.

The central office is based in the main office in Chisinau, employing over 60 people. Here are some of the key departments within the ARA central office that you, as an international employer partner, will be in contact with:

Recruitment Department

  • Manage recruitment and candidate selection in all 47 recruitment offices.
  • Enter all necessary information into the electronic system and monitor statuses of every candidate.
  • Prepare and promote written and visual job materials in order to make your job offer attractive.

Employment Department

  • Manage partner relationships (through your dedicated manager allocated by ARA).
  • Takes the personnel weekly orders from you and organizes the interviewing of candidates.
  • Hold weekly monitoring meetings with you in order to solve all current problems.

Call Center Department

  • Manage communication with candidates and employees.
  • Communicate job details effectively.
  • Address questions from potential candidates.
  • Collects post employment feedback from candidates.

Marketing Department

  • Promote your job offers to potential candidates.
  • Prepare all marketing materials (videos, photos) to present job opportunities and employers clearly, accurately, and attractively.

Foreign employers can be assured that any issues they raise with the ARA will be resolved in a fast, legal and professional manner. Our key activity is to facilitate employment contracts between EU and UK employers and ARA compliant Moldovan recruitment agencies.

ARA delivers real time job offers from employers abroad to its member recruiting agencies to ensure job offers are filled swiftly and with the best candidates. The ARA also facilitates the initial contract to ensure they are fully compliant with the aims of the association Business to Business (B2B) and support with information, advice, consultancy, legal support and travel and booking advice as necessary to ensure a robust, legal and enduring contract is reached, each and every time!
