On this meaningful day, we at the Association of Recruitment Agencies of Moldova (ARA) proudly join in celebrating Poland’s journey to independence and prosperity. Since entering the Polish market in 2008, our success has been made possible thanks to the support of Solano Group and its esteemed leaders and devoted friends of Moldova, Pawel Sobczak and Ariel Sobczak. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to them for their invaluable partnership, vision, and trust over the years, which have been instrumental in establishing our solid presence in Poland.
Through this collaboration with Poland, ARA has facilitated opportunities for over 80,000 Moldovan workers to find stable, well-paid employment in Poland. These jobs have not only helped Moldovans support their families but have empowered many to return home and invest in Moldova’s economy, whether by starting businesses, purchasing homes, or furthering their education.
Poland’s journey to independence is a story of resilience and strength. Following 123 years of foreign occupation, Poland reclaimed its sovereignty on November 11, 1918—a testament to the unity and determination of its people. Today, as Poland marks its Independence Day, we proudly recognize our Polish partners, who embody the ambition and dedication that define this remarkable nation.
Since Poland’s entry into the European Union in 2004, the country has become Europe’s biggest economic success story, with unprecedented modernization in infrastructure, industry, and international collaboration. For ARA and our Moldovan workforce, Poland’s growth has been an extraordinary opportunity for professional and personal development, further strengthening our relationship.
