Last month, ARA had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Andrew Donlon, Director of Talent Labour Placement Limited — one of Ireland’s leading temporary employment agencies. This visit celebrated over three years of successful collaboration, during which we have recruited and placed more than 300 Moldovan workers with Romanian passports in the Irish food industry.
A Year-Long Partnership Renewal: More Opportunities for Moldovan Workers
The main purpose of Mr. Donlon’s visit was to renew our partnership for the next 12 months, discuss new terms, and introduce fresh job opportunities in Ireland’s agri-food sector. Our extended agreement includes 100 new job openings for Moldovan citizens over the next four months, with salaries of approximately €2,000 per month.
Exciting Job Openings in Ireland’s Agri-Food Sector
We are excited to announce the available positions from September 2024 to February 2025:
✔️ Pork Processing Plant: 60 semi-skilled/skilled operators
✔️ Pork Farms: 11 general workers with experience in livestock, and 3 assistant managers for pig rearing facilities
✔️ Beef Processing Plants: 30 skilled knife operators (experience in boning and slaughtering)
✔️ MIG Welders: 10 experienced welders in metal fabrication

Looking Ahead: Expanding Collaboration for 2025
Mr. Donlon plans to visit Moldova again within the next month, which will provide an opportunity to discuss further collaborations and solidify our plans for 2025. His commitment reaffirms the importance of ARA’s role in achieving our shared goals and highlights our commitment to creating more opportunities for Moldovan workers.
