In April 2025, the Association of Recruitment Agencies of Moldova (ARA) signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Karls Erdbeer-Hof – a farming empire known for its innovation, quality, and scale. Located near Rostock in northeastern Germany, Karls employs over 1,000 seasonal workers every summer, most of them students from Eastern Europe.

This year, 100 Moldovan workers – the first official delegation – will join the Karls family in June and July. But this is just the beginning.
