Our team assesses the compatibility and alignment of your proposal with ARA's capacities.

Our recruitment specialists, legal department, and management of ARA review the feasibility and benefits of your proposal.

Collaborative Discussion
ARA schedules a video conference with you to address questions or concerns, and explore the mutual benefits and feasibility of the project.

Final Decision
The ARA management board performs a thorough evaluation and makes a decision on the acceptance of the proposal.

Formalizing Partnership
We formalize our partnership via the required legal procedures and documentation, including signing agreements, establishing communication channels, perfecting licenses, legalizing employer documents, and incorporating them into ARA's license.

Signing a Collaboration Agreement
We draft and sign a formal agreement outlining the terms of our partnership.

Accessing our Internal Electronic System
We provide access to our electronic platform for tracking candidates through the recruitment process.

Submitting Specific Requests
You submit specific requests for the number of personnel needed, job roles, and recruitment timelines. ARA assigns each new partner a dedicated manager who will maintain constant contact and centrally manage the recruitment process across all 47+ recruitment offices.

Based on your criteria, we conduct a preliminary selection of suitable candidates.

Final Selection via Videoconference
Your representative makes the final selection via videoconference, facilitated by a dedicated ARA manager.

Confirmation and Departure
Upon your confirmation, we coordinate the candidates' departure to the destination country.
