The Association of Recruitment Agencies of Moldova (ARA) continues to develop practical tools that make legal work in Europe more stable, more transparent, and easier for people from Moldova to navigate. As part of this approach, an ARA delegation visited Slovakia to reward workers who participated in the referral programme and to meet Moldovan employees already working there. The visit also included an on-site review of accommodation conditions and direct communication with workers about their adaptation experience.

This gave them the opportunity to see the living conditions not only through a formal inspection, but from inside, in the same practical environment experienced by employees every day.
