The Association of Recruitment Agencies of Moldova (ARA) continues to invest in the development of internal leadership skills across its team. In March, ARA organized an internal training session on Team Management, led by trainer Artem Polushatov.
The training took place in Chisinau and brought together managers and supervisors from different departments of the company. Participants included representatives from recruitment, the call centre, transport, marketing, external relations, the Tax Onest service, Avion.md, and other business units.
This made the training especially valuable. It allowed the participants to discuss team management not in theory only, but through the real daily challenges of different departments inside ARA.
Why this Training Matters
Strong results do not depend only on recruiting the right people. They also depend on how teams are managed, how goals are communicated, and how leaders support performance inside the company.
That is why internal training remains an important part of ARA’s long-term development model.
For ARA, management development is directly connected to service quality, internal stability, and stronger cooperation with both partners and candidates.

Focus on Practical Leadership Tools
The training programme was built around key topics that directly influence team performance and leadership effectiveness.
During the first module, participants studied approaches to team and sales management based on the Adizes method. Special attention was given to situational leadership, including the shift from a directive management style to delegation, as well as the correct way to set goals inside a team.
Another important part of the training focused on the practical side of team communication. Participants discussed how to organize motivational meetings and final review meetings with employees in a way that helps not only to control processes, but also to increase engagement and responsibility.
A separate module was dedicated to mentoring as a management tool. The discussion moved beyond traditional control and focused more on support, motivation, and the development of personal responsibility inside the team.
Training that Supports Real Work
One of the main strengths of this training was its practical value.
The participants noted that the topics discussed can be applied directly in everyday work. This is especially important in a company where different departments must work together, communicate clearly, and maintain strong internal coordination.
For ARA, such initiatives are part of a systematic approach to internal development. A strong team is built not only through recruitment, but also through continuous learning, experience sharing, and leadership development among the people who manage teams and directions.
Feedback from ARA’s Marketing Director
ARA Marketing Director Natalia Stiopa shared her view on the training results:
“This training was truly useful and timely for our team. We received not just theory, but clear tools that can be applied in daily work with employees. The topics related to delegation, motivation, and team meetings were especially valuable. After the training, we have an even better understanding of how to build effective interaction inside departments and strengthen the company’s overall results.”

A Long-term Investment in Team Quality
ARA is confident that investment in team development has a direct effect on work quality, internal resilience, and the effectiveness of communication with both partners and candidates.
That is why employee and leadership training remains one of the important directions of the association’s internal development.
